Asthma
You may be eligible for a paid UK clinical research study comparing environmentally friendly inhalers.
If you have mild to moderate asthma, you could take part in a research study looking at inhalers that contain the same approved asthma medication, but use different propellants, including a newer, more environmentally friendly option.
You won’t be trying an experimental drug, you’ll be helping improve how existing asthma treatments are delivered.
What’s Involved?
No new medicine is being tested
Your current asthma treatment is not being replaced with anything unapproved
All eligible participants are paid for their time
Travel expenses are reimbursed
You can withdraw at any time
This study has been reviewed and approved by a UK Research Ethics Committee.
Why This Study Matters
Traditional inhalers use propellants that contribute to carbon emissions.
Newer propellants are being developed to reduce environmental impact, without changing the medication inside.
By taking part, you’re helping support more sustainable asthma care for the future.
